I'm a big fan UFC and i train BJJ 4-5 times a week which is the reason you don't see my lovely face on the server that much.
There are some big fights that are coming up in the UFC soon and i thought it would be good to get some chatter on the forums about who you like, don't like and who are the next big things in the world of UFC.
BTW Rory MacDonald is a beast.

I use to be quite the fan of UFC. My dad use to own a UFC club and I use to go there 5-7 hours a day back when I was 12-15. I sorta quit. I'm a big football/hockey fan now a days!
I still get a good exercise every day. I usually jog 3-4 miles every day when I first wake up. I goto the gym 2-3 times a week.
It is very good to see you are up and about when it comes to fitness, i have always loved gaming however it can pack on the pounds real quick.
We should start a thread soon about easy ways to eat healthy and get fit because some people think it is to hard when the big changes are not the most important ones it is the little ones.
Tip: Keep a bottle of water next to your PC at all times, you will be surprised just how much you cut back on the soda.
Hell yeah.. I've been a huge fan of UFC ever since I watched Gracie take the first two championships.
I wish the city I lived in had a giant-ass gym but the one here is kinda crappy.. I just work out at home instead.
Gettin' pretty ripped too. Saw that you said to drink water and that's all I ever drink while I'm gaming.. game for an hour or so and then take several short breaks to work out.. Noticed that I've been feeling way healthier on the water than milk or anything else.. I NEVER drink soda and the like. Way too sugary and syrupy.
