I would like to update our current rules for future admin applicants.

These are the core prerequisites of becoming a server admin.

1. MUST be active on our server (basically every day!).

2. MUST be 18+ years of age.

3. MUST have a clear working microphone.

4. MUST be mature and respect everyone

5. MUST regularly check our forums and be co-operative in clan events.

I hope this clears up some issues that we have recently had.
