Hey Guys,

Something I forgot was the value of being optimistic. During my last "free" week (before starting work again) I lost optimism and started getting pissed a lot around jerks. Would make my blood pressure go up so high my hands started shaking.

Staying optimistic is something I learned a while ago yet is not an easy skill to learn. Lately I have been doing well since I feel better since I am adjusted to my hectic schedule again (or will be). It really makes everything better.

So, I wanted to propose Sunday as optimism day, when we all can post something optimistic and funny in this thread.

Please post something positive instead of negative. It means alot tnx!

Here's my first optimism day post. (It's 12:01 past midnight!)

Well, Cushy. I have to completely agree. It's important to feel optimistic, as it will absolutely lead to a better mental health, and in some cases, physical health (such as your statement about blood pressure).

We're glad you shared this, and if you're ever feeling down or lonely, you know you can always count on EZF to cheer you up. Just join our server and have a bit of fun once in a while when you've got the time, we miss ya!

Your idea is great, henceforth our EZF Sunday's will now be known as "Optimism Day." XD

EDIT: I also changed the name of your thread to "Optimism Day" instead of "Corny Optimism Day".. XD!
