Lot's of people ask me what we look for in recruitment, so here is the post with the rundown of what we look for.

Simply put, we look for candidates that are friendly, respectful, and just love playing zps.

We love meeting new people while killing zombays, and making EZF a place to play without discrimination with open arms is what makes us great.

If this is too brief for you, and wants more details, here are a few things that I look for:

1) Enjoyment: does he/she enjoy playing on our server, the game?

2) Friendly: will he/she get along with EVERYONE in our group?

3) Trust: is he/she genuine about his behavior/personality, and not change into someone else later?

4) Respect: will he/she respect everyone, especially the admins requests?

5) Care: does he/she care about the members of the group?

6) Beliefs: does he/she share our goal: making EZF a place to have fun without discrimination, instead with open arms to friendly people.
