[EZF-R] is a new recruit status, for the new members. They can wear it if we have a good feel of who they are. Hot potatoes, u can wear the [EZF-R] when I feel you will make a great fit, but as of now, I don't know you too well.

Word of advice, keep those opinions to yourself, it can be offensive. Being honest doesn't make it any less.


Remember, we're looking for friendly members who can get along, despite their age, gender, and the like. That's how life works, working as a whole, instead of a clique or group within a group not working together.
